These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of EVIA IP, an enterprise business process management platform developed by EVOLT.

Use License

EVIA IP is licensed exclusively for authorized business users of organizations that have entered into a service agreement with EVOLT. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

As a user of EVIA IP, you agree to:

• •Protect your login credentials and account access
• •Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• •Not share your credentials with unauthorized persons
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• •Not engage in any activities that could harm the platform or other users

Intellectual Property Rights

EVIA IP and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by EVOLT and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the platform as authorized by your organization's service agreement.

Data and Content

Data entered into EVIA IP remains the property of your organization. You are responsible for:

• •Compliance with data protection regulations
• •Proper backup and retention of business-critical data

Service Availability

While EVOLT strives to maintain continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may experience scheduled maintenance or temporary unavailability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVOLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of EVIA IP, including data loss or business interruption.

Termination

EVOLT reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to EVIA IP if you violate these terms or if your organization's service agreement is terminated.

Changes to These Terms

EVOLT may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EVIA IP constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or by email.
