EVIA Mobile Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the EVIA Mobile application for enterprise business operations.

License Grant

EVIA Mobile is licensed to authorized users only. Your organization retains all rights and grants you a non-exclusive license for business use.

Acceptable Use

Users must:

• •Protect their login credentials
• •Comply with organizational data policies
• •Report security issues immediately

Device Requirements

Users are responsible for maintaining their devices according to organizational IT security policies. EVIA Mobile requires current OS versions and security updates.

Liability Limitation

EVIA IP is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, network issues, or user error. Regular data synchronization is recommended.

Account Termination

Your organization's administrator may terminate your app access at any time. Upon termination, all app data will be retained by your organization.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of EVIA Mobile constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
