Location Data

EVIA Mobile may request GPS access for field service operations. Location data is used only for:

Data Encryption

All data transmitted between EVIA Mobile and enterprise servers uses bank-level encryption (TLS 1.2+). Sensitive information is never stored unencrypted on your device.

Offline Mode

EVIA Mobile can operate offline for field operations. Data is securely cached and encrypted locally, then synchronized when connectivity is restored.

Camera and Photos

Photos captured in EVIA Mobile for work orders are encrypted and transmitted securely. You maintain full control over captured images.

Data Retention

Mobile device data is retained according to your organization's data retention policies. System administrators control data synchronization and deletion.
